Job Role

We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive (GRE) who will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling their queries and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience at the Neoliv project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors.
• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Coordinate customer visits and site tours.
• Assist the Sales Team during customer visits.
• Maintain visitor and customer records.
• Arrange refreshments and basic requirements for guests.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Security, Housekeeping and Site Teams.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at the site.
• Support customer events and other site activities when required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good coordination and multitasking skills.
• Candidates from Hospitality, Real Estate, Front Office or Customer Service backgrounds will be preferred.
