GRE (GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming & Check-In: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out procedures smoothly, and handle pre-registration tasks especially for VIPs and repeat visitors.
• Information & Guidance: Provide clear details regarding facility amenities, room options, dining services, and local attractions or activities.
• Handling Requests & Complaints: Listen actively to customer issues, address complaints promptly, and escalate major concerns to management while ensuring full follow-through.
• Department Coordination: Communicate and collaborate closely with internal departments like housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to fulfill specific guest needs.
• Personalized Service & VIP Management: Track preferences and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) of VIP guests to provide tailored amenities, welcome folders, or custom itineraries.
• Feedback Collection: Gather reviews and feedback during a guest’s stay or at departure, logging comments to help management improve service standards.
• Administrative Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date logs of daily occupancy, guest profiles, preferences, likes, and dislikes using property management software.

Pay: ₹8,933.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
