Welcome and assist customers and visitors at the site.

Manage customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams.

Support site visit experience and customer engagement activities.

Maintain visitor and customer records.

Coordinate with Sales and Administration teams.

Ensure the reception/customer-facing area is well maintained.

Handle customer requirements professionally and promptly.

Experience: 13 years

Qualification: Graduate; hospitality/customer service experience preferred
