• 2 × Green Building Engineers

• 2 × Green Building Interns

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨

• Advise on passive design strategies and green building certifications (LEED, EDGE, WELL)- Run energy simulations and analyze daylighting and natural ventilation

• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCA) and calculate carbon emissions

• Research innovative, energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions for construction and urban planning

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, MEP, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in green building services (final-year students are welcome to apply for the Intern role)

• Good English proficiency for reading technical reports and drawings

• A strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and genuine interest in green buildings

• LEED GA, LEED AP, or EDGE Expert certification is an advantage
