Latitude Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Green Mill Operators to join a well-established timber operation in Mount Gambier. If you're looking for ongoing  work with a great team and you're not afraid of a physical, hands-on role we'd like to hear from you.

The Roster
Monday to Thursday:

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 4:10pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:30pm – 2:40am

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating green mill machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
• Maintaining high standards of quality and production output
• Promoting a safe work environment and participating in health and safety programs
• Assisting with problem solving, housekeeping, and supporting production and maintenance teams
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team communications

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and doing the job well
• Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on production environment
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to pass all pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening
