Greeter

The Temporary, part-time, Greeter serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Tax Collector’s Venice office. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying the purpose of their visit, providing general information, directing customers to the appropriate service area, and helping ensure an efficient and positive customer experience.

The Greeter helps manage customer flow, reduce unnecessary wait times, and ensure customers are prepared with the appropriate documentation before proceeding to a service counter.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not required. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a willingness to assist the public.

Schedule rotates between one day and two days a week, for no more than six months.
