Greeter - Le Pavillon

We are seeking a, welcoming, and professional Greeter to create an exceptional first impression for our guests. The Greeter will welcome guests upon arrival, provide clear directions, and direct them to the main dining room located upstairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and an understanding of the high standards of a fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Confirm guest reservations and verify the appropriate dining arrangements.
• Clearly communicate directions to the main dining room located upstairs.
• Coordinate with the host team and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and organized guest arrival experience.
• Maintain awareness of guest flow, reservations, and special requests.
• Answer basic questions about the restaurant and direct guests to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance and greeting area.
• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
• Assist with additional front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or fine dining is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and remain on one’s feet for extended periods and move throughout the designated work area as needed.
