Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards
• Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
• Foster a positive, energetic workplace culture that encourages teamwork and high morale
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times

Experience

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
• Multilingual abilities that enhance customer service and team collaboration
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret sales data and operational reports
• Supervising experience that showcases your ability to motivate and guide others toward shared goals

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
