What You'll Be Doing

As a Grill Cook at P.J. Marley's, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting delicious meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking food on the grill to perfection.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Following recipes and food safety standards to deliver consistent quality.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role or kitchen environment.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
