As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred, especially in a faced paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
