• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, utensils, and work area throughout your shift
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results while preventing overcooking or undercooking
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and timely service during busy hours
• Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols to protect both guests and staff

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on grilling or food preparation
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to cook various meats, vegetables, and other grilled items efficiently and safely
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
