Job Summary

Dynasty Restaurant is seeking an experienced, skilled, and dependable Grill Cook to prepare high-quality grilled menu items and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Grill, sear, and cook meats, vegetables, and other menu items as required
• Prepare sauces, sides, and other food items as needed
• Ensure food quality, presentation, temperature, and portion standards
• Monitor cooking times and food temperatures
• Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked grill station
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and restocking
• Ensure proper handling and storage of meat and other ingredients
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements

• Previous Grill Cook, Line Cook, Cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of grilling and basic cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
