Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create visually appealing meals.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Assist with catering events as needed, preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, particularly grilling, along with knife skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
