Eau Gallie Yacht Club is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our kitchen team.

Position Details

• Pay: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, primarily evening/night shifts

Requirements

• Previous professional grill cooking experience is required
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available Tuesday through Saturday evenings
• Available for holidays and special events as needed
• Able to prioritize tasks during busy service periods
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Follow direction and assist coworkers as needed
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Cooperative and solutions-oriented
• Enthusiastic and willing to contribute
• Respectful and supportive of coworkers; willing to assist others when needed
• Approaches responsibilities with professionalism and initiative
