What they need
General Knowledge of materials used in preparing and serving meats, breads, vegetables and other foods on a large scale. Knowledge of the use of food preparation equipment including knife skills. Perform grill cook duties including sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas including customer service. Receive stock and rotate incoming & outgoing inventory. Demonstrate knowledge of sanitation practices. Prepare & serve breakfast and lunch. Organize & set up equipment and workstations. Monitor food temperatures at all times.
