About the Role:

WINGSVILLE LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our team in Semmes, AL! If you love working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in serving up delicious, perfectly cooked food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain grill station to prepare menu items to order and company standards
• Cook wings, burgers, and other grilled items with consistency and quality
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food safety protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Assist with food prep, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients
• Restock station supplies and communicate inventory needs to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a high-heat, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Food Handler Certification a plus or willingness to obtain
