Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of cooking techniques, particularly grilling. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management for ordering.

• Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred, with specific experience as a cook or grill cook being advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking, with creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations.
• Certification in food safety or culinary training is a plus but not required.
