Grill Cook/Prep Cook

We are looking for an experienced grill cook to join our Big Island Hawaiian BBQ team.

Responsibilities:

• Cook and prepare food on the grill / flat top
• Maintain food quality and kitchen cleanliness
• Work efficiently during busy lunch hours
• Follow kitchen procedures and maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous grill cooking experience preferred
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a good work attitude
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs, such as boxes of chicken or large bags of sugar

Work Schedule:

• Wed.-Sat.
• 12:00-9:00 (8 hours shift, Lunch break one hour)
• Lunch hours can be busy, so the ability to handle pressure is important
