Griller

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Griller to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation of all dishes
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure food quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with food prep and kitchen duties as needed
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a griller, grill cook, or similar role is required
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
