GRILLER/FRYER

• Prepare and cook meat, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking times, and food preparation procedures.
• Monitor food while grilling or frying to ensure proper temperature, texture, taste, and appearance.
• Prepare ingredients and perform basic food preparation before cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill, fryer, cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
• Properly store and handle raw and cooked food to prevent contamination.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Monitor cooking oil and replace or filter it when necessary according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines.
• Assist in preparing orders accurately and efficiently during busy periods.
• Minimize food waste and properly portion ingredients.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning cooking equipment to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety rules and proper procedures when handling hot oil, fire, grills, and cooking equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and closing procedures at the end of the shift.
• Perform other duties related to food preparation and kitchen operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: Php13,000.00 per month
