Responsibilities

• Operate grills and cooking equipment efficiently to prepare a variety of grilled foods according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Prepare ingredients for grilling, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning meats and vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including regular sanitation of surfaces and tools
• Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes for customers
• Follow proper food storage protocols to prevent contamination and spoilage
• Support team members with meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices is essential
• Ability to operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving heat and movement
• Passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences with attention to detail
