Grillmaster/Cook

Location: Fort Worth/Lake Worth, TX, 76135 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Grillmaster/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grilling and cooking a variety of meats and vegetables. The Grillmaster/Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order
• Grill and cook a variety of meats and vegetables
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grillmaster/Cook
• Ability to grill and cook a variety of meats and vegetables
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
