Grinder/Machine Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Grinder/Machine Operator to join our meat processing team. This role involves operating meat grinding machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on machine operation, safety, and maintaining product standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat grinding machines accurately and efficiently to process meat products according to company specifications.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing raw materials for grinding and ensure proper handling of products throughout the process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all quality control standards and document production activities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Prior experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in food processing or related manufacturing environments, is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation is essential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
