About the role

Guest Experience Officer (Front Office) at SOLANA Residence by SanLiving, a premium serviced residence in the heart of Jakarta. You will be responsible for delivering warm hospitality, seamless operations, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude during check-in and check-out
• Create an exceptional first impression and deliver memorable guest experiences
• Communicate with guests via WhatsApp, Airbnb, and other booking platforms
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
• Assist guests with parking validation, building access, and general inquiries
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented mindset
• Keep the lobby and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Perform daily operational and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate guest records and operational reports

About you

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or customer service is a plus
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Outgoing, confident, friendly, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people
• Positive attitude with high energy and a strong service mindset
• Honest, responsible, well-groomed, and professional
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
