GRO (Guest Relation Officer)

About the role

Shishi izakaya lounge & Nightclub Bali' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a GRO, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, and you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
2. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
3. Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive brand image
5. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver seamless guest experiences
6. Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations
7. Handling cash and card payments, including operating the point-of-sale system
8. Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure guest satisfaction
9. Adhering to all safety and security protocols

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various situations
4. Proficiency in English and the local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
5. Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
7. Knowledge of the local area and ability to provide recommendations to guests
