Street Corner Urban Market – Downtown Carrollton, TX

Be part of something new! Street Corner Urban Market is preparing to open as the first grocery store in Downtown Carrollton, and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Grocery Associates to join our team.

This isn’t your typical grocery store. We’re creating a fun, welcoming neighborhood market with great music, friendly service, fresh products, and an awesome express kitchen. We want team members who enjoy helping people, staying busy, and creating a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Operate the register/POS system and process transactions accurately
• Stock, organize, and merchandise grocery and convenience items
• Receive deliveries and help put away merchandise
• Keep shelves stocked and monitor inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
• Assist with our fresh food, beverage, and express kitchen areas as needed
• Help with opening and closing responsibilities
• Work as part of a team to keep daily store operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move merchandise
• Retail, grocery, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is preferred

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Full-time positions are approximately 40 hours per week, and part-time positions are approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Our anticipated store hours are 7:00 AM–12:00 AM, with hours subject to change based on customer traffic.
