Job Summary

New Pioneer Food Co-op is seeking a friendly and dependable Grocery Customer Service Associate to assist customers, support grocery operations, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service while helping keep merchandise organized and properly stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and store services
• Stock, rotate, and organize grocery merchandise
• Assist customers with locating products
• Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally
• Check product displays and maintain organized shelves
• Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise
• Maintain clean and safe customer areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
