Farmers Fresh is looking for a motivated, experienced and hands-on Grocery Manager to take ownership of our grocery department. We are seeking someone who is organised, takes initiative and understands what it takes to keep a grocery department running smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with grocery retail experience who is confident managing ordering, suppliers, stock levels, merchandising and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all grocery ordering and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and sales to ensure products are consistently available.
• Oversee deliveries, invoices, stock rotation and expiry dates.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves, accurate pricing and excellent product presentation.
• Supervise, train and manage staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional grocery department.
• Monitor stock loss, wastage and department performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and overall department standards.

About You

• Previous grocery retail or management experience is preferred.
• Confident with ordering, stock control and supplier communication.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Highly organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on and capable of working independently.
• Takes responsibility, follows through on tasks and maintains high standards.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
