Ground Handling Agent

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Ground Handling Agent to join our team and support our airport and flight operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cargo operations, aircraft loading, cargo build-up, and ground handling activities, with the ability to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day airport ground handling and flight operations.

• Handle air cargo operations, including cargo build-up, breakdown, documentation, and preparation for flight departure.

• Coordinate and supervise aircraft loading and unloading activities, ensuring cargo is handled safely and efficiently.

• Ensure cargo is properly prepared, secured, labelled, and positioned in accordance with operational and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling teams, cargo agents, warehouse teams, flight support teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with flight turnaround activities and ensure operational requirements are completed within the required timelines.

• Monitor cargo movement and ensure accurate handover between relevant teams.

• Follow airport security, safety, cargo handling, and operational procedures at all times.

• Prepare and verify relevant cargo and flight operation documentation.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and communicate any delays or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing flight schedules and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in airport ground handling, flight operations, cargo operations, or flight support.

• Hands-on experience in cargo build-up and aircraft loading is highly preferred.

• Experience working with an airline, ground handling company, cargo company, or flight support company.

• Good understanding of airport, cargo, and flight operations procedures.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Available to join immediately.

• A valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.

• Candidates with relevant aviation, airport operations, cargo handling, or ground handling experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with practical experience in air cargo handling, cargo build-up, aircraft loading, flight turnaround, and coordination with airport/airline stakeholders will be given preference.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
