  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
  • Work closely with the sales/business development team to support the conversion of appointments into institutional partnerships.

Target & Performance Expectations

The candidate will be expected to achieve defined performance targets, including:

  • Number of colleges contacted
  • Number of decision-makers
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of appointments/meetings successfully scheduled
  • Appointment attendance/conversion rate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, field sales, institutional outreach, telecalling, appointment setting, or education-sector sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking with senior college representatives.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working with measurable KPIs.
  • Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Can turn a cold call into a meaningful conversation.
  • Is persistent with follow-ups without being pushy.
  • Is comfortable with rejection and can continue prospecting.
  • Enjoys meeting people and building professional relationships.
  • Is highly target-driven and motivated by incentives.
  • Can independently plan daily field and calling activities.
  • Understands that the primary objective is generating qualified meetings for BCIPL.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assessment involving:

  1. A role-play with a Principal/TPO/college representative.
