Ground Worker/Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker/Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various site preparation and maintenance tasks to support construction and paving projects. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and up to date CSCS card . This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with site clearance, including removing debris and organising materials
• Assisting with the installation of fencing, driveways, patios and other groundwork activities
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to prevent hazards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in paving desirable
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence

This role is suitable for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in the construction sector.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
