The Grounds & Facilities Crew helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout Camp Atwater. Working under the Grounds & Facilities Manager, crew members perform routine cleaning and maintenance of cabins, bathrooms, dining and recreation spaces, and common areas. Duties also include lawn and grounds care, trash and recycling removal, basic repairs, facility setup and breakdown, and other tasks needed to support daily camp operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing indoor and outdoor work in a fast-paced camp environment.
