Seasonal Grounds Help
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Must be willing to perform physically demanding work in hot and humid conditions. Cold weather as well.
- Work cooperatively in teams or alone as assigned.
- Direct other employees
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to operate push and/or riding lawnmower and snow removal equipment.
- Must be able to perform minor repairs.
- Must be aware of surroundings to ensure safety.
- Eight (8) hour day.
- 30 minute duty free lunch.
- 182 days a year.
