Grounds Keeper

We are looking for a Grounds Keeper to assist our Park Managers with the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance on Sunnyside Park, a static caravan holiday park in Seaford, East Sussex.

The Role

The role will be a general Grounds Keeper for a static caravan holiday park reporting directly to the Park Managers. Tasks include maintaining the communal vegetation and lawns, weed control, delivering gas bottles around the park, dealing with and repairing maintenance issues, and ensuring the park is kept clean, tidy and in line with safety regulations.

The Grounds Keeper will need to assist with general DIY duties, be able to clear drains and assist with the siting and moving of caravans on the park.

The Grounds Keeper will act as cover for the Park Managers on Thursdays and be flexible to cover their annual leave.

Part-time role working 2.5 days per week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.20 per hour
