Grounds Maintenance

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our grounds maintenance team and help keep our outdoor areas safe, tidy, and well maintained.

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or a similar practical role would be ideal, but we’re also happy to hear from someone who is hands-on, dependable, and willing to learn.

Duties

• General grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, planting, pruning, and weeding
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment
• Carry out basic equipment checks and maintenance
• Help identify and complete repairs and site improvements
• Work with the wider team to keep the grounds safe and well presented

What We’re Looking For

• Previous practical or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Confidence using tools and equipment
• Mechanical or machinery experience would be an advantage
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
