In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations, supervise a dedicated crew, and ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance will drive the success of outdoor beautification efforts while fostering a positive team environment. Duties

• Lead personel , providing clear direction and support for daily tasks.
• Oversee lawn care activities including mowing, edging, clean up and maintain lush, healthy turf.
• Manage landscape maintenance projects such as planting, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment and company vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to maintain horticultural health and address issues promptly.
• Supervise crew members’ performance, provide training on equipment operation and landscaping techniques, and promote teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during outdoor work activities and maintain detailed records of project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture or related outdoor work fields.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with the ability to lead diverse crews effectively.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating truck and enclosed trailer required; certification in landscape or horticulture fields is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
