Grounds Maintenance Crew Member

The Role

A career in horticulture with Programmed offers a pathway to growth and opportunity. Many of our current leaders began their journey as Grounds Maintenance Crew Members and build fulfilling careers through ongoing development.

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or parks and gardens (preferred but not essential)
• A strong commitment to safety, with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards being paramount
• A current driver’s licence
• Reliable Personal transport
