We’re looking for energetic, able-bodied individuals to assist our arborists and help maintain Winnipeg’s trees and landscapes. If you enjoy physical work and being outside, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist arborists with tree pruning, removals, and stump grinding at various sites around Winnipeg.

• Perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions rigging, moving branches, and cleaning up job sites.

• Work as part of a supportive team that values hard work and camaraderie.

Who We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor labour.

• Reliable, punctual, and consistently energetic.

• A motivated team player who contributes positively to the group.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

• Experience in tree work is an asset, but not required—we provide training.
