Grounds Worker

Job Qualifications Knowledge of underground sprinklers-repair/replace

pumps, lines, heads

Knowledge of landscaping equipment

mowers, tractors, string trimmers, leaf/snow blowers, rotary edgers

PREFERRED: Certification for pesticide applicator

PREFERRED: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical skills

Duties & Responsibilities Maintain landscaping

Mowing, planting, watering, sod laying, fertilizing, digging, raking, trimming, weeding

Maintain sprinkler system

Performs preventive maintenance on equipment
