This energetic position involves performing a wide range of landscaping, plant management, and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure a pristine Orchard as well as the corporate grounds. You will be responsible for executing routine upkeep, operating various equipment, and applying horticultural practices to create inviting and well-maintained environments. Duties

• Maintain Orhcard and Corporate Office landscaped areas through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pruning to ensure optimal health and appearance
• Operate groundskeeping equipment including mowers, chainsaws, power trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Install, repair, and manage irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and water conservation
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees; pruning; mulching; and weed control
• Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of soil bags, mulch, or equipment parts with proper safety techniques
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure longevity and safety standards are met

Skills

• Proficiency in irrigation system management and troubleshooting for efficient water use
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening practices, and horticulture principles
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners along with power tools like chainsaws and trimmers safely
• Skilled in heavy lifting and manual handling required for landscaping projects
• Familiarity with adhering to safety regulations
• Competence in operating company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment responsibly
• Understanding of power tool safety standards and equipment maintenance routines
