Groundskeeper

Full-Time Groundskeeper & Property Maintenance

$25/hour | Full-Time | Year-Round

Local property management company is looking for a reliable, hardworking full-time Groundskeeper & Property Maintenance employee to help maintain our apartment communities and rental properties throughout the Coeur d’Alene area.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys working independently. This is a year-round position focused on keeping our properties clean, maintained, and looking their best.

Spring–Fall Responsibilities

• Weekly mowing, edging and blowing
• Weed spraying and hand pulling
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Maintaining landscape beds and common areas
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Leaf and debris removal
• Litter and general property cleanup
• Monitoring and reporting irrigation or landscaping issues
• Other exterior property projects as needed

Winter Responsibilities

• Snow blowing and shoveling sidewalks, entries and common areas
• Applying ice melt and maintaining safe walkways
• Keeping dumpster, mail and common areas accessible
• General property and exterior cleanup
• Seasonal projects and organization
• Assisting our maintenance team with property projects as needed

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is dependable and able to work independently
• Takes initiative and notices things that need attention
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in keeping properties looking great
• Has lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping or similar experience
• Is comfortable operating lawn and snow-removal equipment
• Can perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Is willing to work early mornings and/or weekends when needed for snow removal

Pay: $25.00/hour
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday, with additional availability required as needed for snow removal
Location: Coeur d’Alene area
Position: Year-round

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
