Overview

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible for the day to day mowing, trimming, upkeep of the community and assist in plumbing, sewer and electrical repairs.

Duties include but not limited to:

Duties:

• Perform general groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Maintain and care for gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete landscaping tasks
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
• Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including sidewalks and parking lots
• Remove debris and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds

Experience:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
• Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Benefits:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
