Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Job Summary

Lone Star Trailer & Body is looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper / General Labor team member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and doesn't mind wearing many hats.

The ideal candidate is a true "jack of all trades**"**—someone who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever they're needed. While maintaining our grounds will be a primary responsibility, you'll also assist our production team with general labor tasks throughout the shop as business needs change from day to day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain company grounds by:
• Mowing
• Weed eating
• Trimming and edging
• Picking up debris and keeping the property clean and presentable
• Assist with general shop duties and production needs as assigned.
• Help move materials, clean work areas, and support manufacturing operations.
• Operate lawn equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
• Keep work areas organized and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
