Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Groundsperson and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors. You will be responsible for working with a team ,and assisting our climber when needed ensuring safety of all crew members. Making sure all job sites are clean and tidy before leaving and that all tools are accounted for.

Duties

Must be able to work well with a team

Must be able to lift 50 Lbs

Able to aid Climber when needed

Must be able to drag brush and work with a chipper

Use hand tools and power tools to trim, prune, shrubs, and trees.

Must keep a clean work area including work vehicle

Assist with maintenance tasks such as planting, shrubs, and trees to enhance aesthetic appeal.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, leaves, and waste to keep work site tidy

Support seasonal planting and mulching projects to promote healthy plant growth.

Follow safety procedures when handling tools and equipment to prevent accident

Requirements

A valid class 5 Driving license

Proven experience with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes.

Familiarity with power tools including hedge trimmers, blowers, and chain saws.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to landscape care.

Prior experience in tree care and horticulture is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
