What they need
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ground Worker/Roller Driver to join our team, based at our Gillingham site. Applicants must be reliable and hard working, and in possession of a valid CSCS card.
Duties
- Assist with construction activities, including groundwork preparation and material handling
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in groundwork is essential.
- Experience working with a Roller (plus roller ticket) is essential.
- Experience working with dumper is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Pay: £18.50-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (required)
- Roller Ticket (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
