Group Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Working closely with account executives, this role is responsible for data gathering, financial reporting, variance tracking, and maintaining day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, including

• Financial Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in gathering, reconciling, and analyzing financial data from multiple accounts or business units to help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Account Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for routine, day-to-day inquiries from assigned business units or clients, ensuring requests are handled promptly or escalated correctly.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and basic accounting principles.

• High accuracy in data entry and analysis to ensure financial integrity and minimize reporting errors.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments, such as accounting, sales, and operations.

• Qualification: Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Certifications: Progression toward or interest in professional credentials (e.g., passing CPA Exam parts) is highly valued but not required.
