GROUP ACCOUNTANT

An Accountant is a financial professional responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting a company’s financial transactions. They ensure accurate record-keeping, tax compliance, and financial health of an organization through audits, reports, and budgeting.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide insights that drive business growth.

Accountants oversee financial processes, ensuring transparency and compliance with laws. Their key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports.
• Analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
• Evaluate and reconcile diverse financial operations, inspect and confirm source documents, including invoices and expense vouchers to affirm commitments and post suitable records.
• Manage schedules of standard objectives, financial statements and reports.
• Organise source documents, files and other account affiliated information.
• Maintain technical knowledge by researching accounting policies and regulations.
• Organise journal entries, perform analysis on account records and reconcile statements for month ending.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Accountancy
• With Experience in food industry
• Preferably with accounting software experience.
• Can work under pressure
• Dependable
• Adaptable
• Keen into details and can meet target deadlines
