We are a family owned and run business based in Northern Victoria and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our business to oversee the Management Accounts for our Multi-Entity Organisation which includes business' in the following industries:

• Hospitality - Sherbourne Terrace Hotel
• Primary Production - Allendale Orchards 300 Acres
• Rental Properties - Commercial and Residential
• Assorted Investments

The main duties and responsibilities are to oversee the Financial Function and include:

• Processing weekly Payroll
• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Forecasting and Monitoring of Cash Flows
• Preparation of Financial Reports
• Liaising with External Stake Holders and Accountants
• Rental Property Management and Reconciliation
• Other Bookkeeping and Ad Hoc Administration Duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Strong working history of using Xero
• Experience in Payroll (50+ Team)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in high level accounting
• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self motivated Team Player

Full Time 5 Days Monday to Friday OR Part Time 4 Days Tuesday to Friday
