What they need
We are looking for a professionally qualified Accountant to join a complex multi-entity group environment.
The role will work closely with senior finance, while leading the accounting team and bridging the gap between operational accounting and senior finance. You will oversee the full accounting function through to the preparation of annual financial statements.
Candidates must be qualified through SAIPA or SAICA, with preference for Professional Accountant (SA) or AGA(SA) designations.
CA(SA) is not the target profile.
Strong multi-entity accounting experience, technical ability and proven team leadership are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R900 000,00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
- Team Management: 3 years (Required)
- Peparation of Annual Financial Statements: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- completed articles (Required)
