The Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced Group Administration and People Operations Manager to take responsibility for the systems, records and follow-through that keep a growing international firm running well. Based in our Nicosia office, you will lead day-to-day Group administration, people administration and company-secretarial coordination across jurisdictions, while ensuring the Cyprus office operates to a high standard.
The remit is broad and practical. You will personally manage important work, build dependable processes, coordinate colleagues and external providers, and make sure deadlines and decisions result in completed actions. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with Finance, IT and senior colleagues across the Group.
This position suits someone ready to own a Group function and develop it as the business grows. Strong performance could lead to a Head of Group Administration and People Operations role, based on demonstrated capability and business needs.

</ul>
People administration

</ul>
Cyprus office and executive support

Systems and data quality
<ul>
<li>Maintain CRM records using information supplied by the relevant teams, check data quality and produce standard reports. Commercial follow-up and pipeline ownership sit with the commercial team.</li>
<li>Improve administrative processes and use available systems and tools to reduce manual work and strengthen accuracy.</li>
</ul>
What you bring:
<ul>
<li>8–10 years of relevant experience in administration, corporate administration, office operations, people operations or a comparable role, with substantial independent responsibility.</li>
<li>Hands-on company-secretarial or corporate administration experience, including governance documents, statutory records, filings and coordination with external providers.</li>
<li>Experience with employee records, onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation and benefits administration.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating work across multiple entities or jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail, including when priorities compete.</li>

<li>Strong Microsoft Office and cloud collaboration skills; familiarity with CRM, HR and document management systems.</li>
<li>Experience in professional services or another regulated sector is an advantage. A relevant degree is preferred.</li>
</ul>
How you work:
You take ownership of outcomes and close open actions. You are comfortable doing the detailed work yourself while building better ways for the function to operate. You anticipate deadlines, communicate clearly, and know when an issue needs to be escalated. You can work confidently with senior leaders, employees and external providers across different cultures and jurisdictions.
What we offer:
<ul>
<li>Competitive salary aligned with the scope of the role and the successful candidate’s experience.</li>
